The Silverton Poetry Association will host the seventh annual Silverton Poetry Festival the week of April 5-14 at locations including the Mt. Angel Abbey Library Auditorium designed by internationally renowned architect Aldo Alto and the Gordon House designed by Frank Lloyd Wright and now located in Silverton. Festival events will include readings open to community participation as well as three public readings by recognized and award-winning poets including the Oregon Book Award winner.

 The festival finale on April 14 will be the popular Feast of Poets, held at the Silverton Art Center, with a bounty of edible delights to complement readings by invited poets.

All the events are free.
